Two SaaS products from scratch

First engineer on the frontend, then scaling with the team.

Context

Two new products inside a software studio: a platform that brings several generative AI models together (video, image, carousel and pages) and a management and automation SaaS for restaurants, with customer service over WhatsApp.

What I did

Defined the Next.js frontend architecture for both products and wrote the first version solo.
Then split delivery with other developers while keeping the architecture decisions.

Outcome

Both products are live.
