Tech lead for a 4 to 5 engineer team, US client.
Context
A generative AI voice product used by media companies, built by a software studio for a US client. The team had 4 to 5 distributed engineers.
What I did
- Acted as tech lead: technical direction, breaking down the work and driving team delivery.
- Daily written communication in English with the client, from scoping to delivery reviews.
- Frontend in Next.js and TypeScript.
Outcome
Two years leading the team on a generative AI platform in production, working directly with the client.
