Agiliza Frete

Context

Small businesses struggle to find reliable drivers and pay a lot to run their own fleet. Independent drivers need steadier income. Agiliza Frete brings both sides together, with the platform setting the price.

What I did

• Solo-built the entire platform in TypeScript: React Native app, Next.js web app and a Supabase backend (PostgreSQL, Auth) with Deno edge functions.
• Platform-defined pricing and PIX payments through Asaas.
• PIN-confirmed delivery, closing the loop without disputes.

Outcome

Live and bootstrapped: 20+ paid freights and 30+ registered drivers in the first months.
